Report Questions Future of U.S. Leadership in Biomedical Research.

The Information Technology and Innovation Foundation and United for Medical Research jointly published a report, released May 17, showing growing competition from countries such as China, Germany, Singapore, Sweden, and the United Kingdom in biomedical research and a constant dollar decline in National Institutes of Health funding threaten U.S. leadership in the global life sciences.
