Next FP7 Calls targeting Research Cooperation between EU and U.S.

Jun 7, 2012

The last calls of the 7th Framework Programme (FP7) will be launched beginning of July 2012.

The first Orientation Papers of the Work Programmes 2013 have been published on the FP7 Research Participants Portal already in the adoption process of the work programmes.

Based on the information contained in the orientation papers, a document on the calls (filtered by research themes) specifically targeting research cooperation between the EU and the U.S. has been drafted.

The document is designed to support  actors from the USA willing to take the opportunity to participate in the last round of FP7 calls. It contains all the potential topics in which the USA is suggested or even mandatory.

Funding opportunities in the FP7 2012/13 calls for proposals

U.S. organisations are in addition also eligible for the participation in all other project proposals submitted to the European Commission in response to the general open Calls provided that the minimum conditions laid down in the FP7 Rules for Participation have been met, including any additional conditions laid down by FP7 Specific Programmes (Cooperation, Ideas, People, Capacities) or individual FP7 Work Programmes.
