New measures by the U.S. towards foreign graduates and entrepreneurs

U.S. wishes to Retain foreign national graduates…

In an effort to attract and retain foreign national graduates in Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics at U.S. Institutions, a bill has been introduced recently to facilitate permanent residency status.  The recent graduates would need to have a job offer paying the prevailing wage. 

…And Immigration Services to promote startups

Lately, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services have also announced an initiative entitled “Entrepreneurs in Residence” and promote startup enterprises and spur job creation.
