Description
The objectives of the SmartGrids ERA-Net are to:
· Network and integrate national R&D activities by establishing a durable European Research Area in the area which will last beyond the project period.
· Create an internal marked for research and development through harmonisation and mutual opening of national research programmes.
· Achieve a concerted European strategy for international co-operation.
· Link governmental and private sector activities.
Participating Countries
Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Estonia, France, Greece, Latvia, Slovenia, Spain, The Netherlands, Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia (Associated country), Switzerland and Croatia.
