EARMA Conference on Supporting and Sustaining Competitive Research in Europe

The European Association of Research Managers and Administrators (EARMA) is organising a Conference on Supporting and Sustaining Competitive Research in Europe in Bragança, Portugal, on 22-24 June 2011. Research managers, administrators and others concerned with European science policy will meet to discuss current European opportunities and the future shape of European research policy. Key themes will include how to improve access to funds and better prepare applicationsas well as how to deal with the management of funded projects.

Jan Andersen is president of EARMA and member of the Advisory Board of the BILAT-USA and Link2US projects. The latter will be represented in a session (click here for detailed info) on 24 June 2011 by Dora Groo, director of Tudomanyos es Technologiai Alapitvany (TETALAP), Hungary, and Tom Wang, coordinator of the Link2US project at the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS), U.S.
