The How to Create, Innovate and Lead Change Conference, organised by the Creative Problem Solving Institute (CPSI), provides hands-on learning experience on finding solutions in a more innovative, engaging and inspired way. From workshops to elective classes to keynote speakers, participants can create their own program. Goals of the conference are, among others, to show researchers, entrepreneurs, and managers how to be more creative or to inspire creativity in others, address complex challenges in a straightforward way, be more productive and flexible in our rapidly-changing environment, build a team that works together for a common goal, a more well-rounded contributor to their company’s success find better ways to develop and/or deliver products or services.
