Annual Conference EARMA 2010 “Grand Challenges in Research Management and Administration in Europe”

The 16th Annual Conference of the European Association of Research Managers and Administrators (EARMA) will take place at the University of Ljubljana (link to Uni. Ljubljana) from 20th - 23rd June 2010. The main Conference workshops and sessions will take place on Monday 21 and Tuesday 22 of June.

The programme this year is divided into three subject ‘tracks’, and aims to cover the following:

• FP7 management and Finance: 7 financial rules, full costing, certification, timesheets, and audits


• Research Office Services – models of research office support structures, project management, and adding value to proposals


• Research Strategy & Policy – funding strategies, industry-university collaborations, and building research capacity
