On the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the EC-US Task Force on Biotechnology Research, European and US scientists will discuss a vision for the future of biotechnology research, the bioeconomy and its applications for the benefit of society. The conference aims to challenging the scientific communities on both side of the Atlantic to expand their thinking beyond specific scientific disciplines and jointly identify the greatest societal challenge in the next 20 years for which scientific transatlantic collaboration could accelerated the way forward to find solutions.
