The Miami-Florida European Union Center of Excellence, (MEUCE) is a consortium of Florida International University (FIU) and the University of Miami (UM). At FIU,it is housed within the School of International and Public Affairs at the College of Arts & Sciences. At UM it is administered by the Jean Monnet Chair, located within the Department of International Studies, which reports to the Dean of Arts and Sciences.Back
